JNJ Apparel Terms and Conditions of Use

Thank you for visiting our website, www.jnjapparel.net (the "Site") owned and operated by JNJ Apparel, LLC ("JNJ"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our site, and our mobile application. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you should not access or use the site.

1. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS. You are responsible for keeping your login information secret and secure. You agree that you will not sell, transfer, license, or assign your account, username, or any account rights, and that should you do so, you are responsible for any activity taking place on your account. Apparel chairs may not share their login information, allow others to access their accounts, or share any information that may be gathered from our Site using apparel chair credentials without written permission from JNJ. Should an apparel chair share this information, they must notify JNJ immediately so that their account may be secured.
2. PROHIBITED USES.
3. Engaging in conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, giving rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any city, state, national, or international law or regulation that would fail to comply with accepted internet protocol.
4. Using the Site or its contents to infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of JNJ, its licensors, or others.
5. Accessing JNJ accounts of others or allowing others to access your JNJ account.
6. Attempting to interfere or interfering with the operation of the Site, our provision of services to others on the site, our hosting provider, or our network in any way.
7. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measure without proper authorization, or succeeding in such an attempt.
8. JNJ's INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP. JNJ apparel retains full ownership of all artwork created by JNJ. You may not copy, post, or transfer artwork created by JNJ without JNJ's written permission. You may not share JNJ's artwork with another company. Should you do so, you may be required to reimburse JNJ apparel for the artwork's full cost. This includes any artwork in the Design Gallery or appearing elsewhere on the site, any artwork created by JNJ in anticipation of a custom apparel order for you or for another customer, whether or not that order is produced.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS. JNJ reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice, and the changes will be become effective immediately once the revisions have been posted. The most current version of the Terms will be available at www.jnjapparel.net. You are responsible for checking periodically for changes and you continued use of this Site indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
10. CHANGES TO SITE AND ACCESS. We reserve the right at any time and without notice to enhance, modify, alter, suspend or permanently discontinue all or any part of this Website and to restrict or prohibit access to it. You hereby agree to indemnify us against any costs, claims, losses and damages (including legal fees) incurred by or awarded against us as a result of your use or misuse of this Website or your breach of these terms. At our discretion, we may suspend or block your access to this Website and refuse to provide you with any further access to it.

Mobile Terms of Service

The JNJ Apparel Campus mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by JNJ Apparel Campus (“JNJ Apparel Campus”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to JNJ Apparel Campus’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of JNJ Apparel Campus through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with JNJ Apparel Campus. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18556972316 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other JNJ Apparel Campus mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
